About the Track a case service

If you need help with your case
Contact your police witness care officer if you have any questions about your case.

You are seeing a very early version ('private beta') of the Track a case service.

This service is designed for people who have experienced a crime that has gone to court. It aims to help you to:

  • find all the information you need to go through the justice process
  • know what you need to do
  • know what your rights are

We're still adding new features to the service, and you can help shape it.

By completing our feedback form or joining our research panel, you can give us your opinions and help us understand how the service can better help you.

Complete the feedback form

Tell us what you think about the service so far. Complete the Track a case feedback form (opens in new tab).

Join the Track a case research panel

When you join our panel, you can be one of the first to try out our new features and help us shape the service.

You may also be invited by our researchers to take part in:

  • surveys
  • phone calls
  • online testing

You can take part as you wish, and opt out any time. You do not need to be good with computers or the internet to take part.
